When looking for a suitable reception location, you may have certain requirements, such as an area to conduct an outdoor ceremony, an outdoor Cocktail reception area, a sea view location, loud music until 2 am in the morning or that the reception venue also offers accommodation for your guests.
We will suggest venues to you based on your individual requirements and we will request personalised quotes and proposals.
If you already booked or chosen a wedding venue you can leave all negotiations and dealings with us, so we can get you the best prices that we as wedding planners receive and pass onto our clients. You can however discuss any details of the reception things directly with the reception venue, whatever suits you best. Please inform your wedding planner of any arrangements that you make directly with the venue.
Please note: Often a wedding planner will be offered a discount from the venue and therefore booking through us can save you money! i.e. if you book a reception for 100 guests at € 100 pp a 10 % discount will cover the Fee that you pay for our medium Planning service package. See our prices!
