- communicate and coordinate with musicians, photographers, bus drivers, venue owners, catering companies ect
- being brides personal assistant for any tasks
- be a contact person for anyone who needs anything, i.e. taxi back to the hotel,
- making cash payments for you to any service providers you booked that need paying on the day
